Wedding Programs

Wedding programs typically highlight details about the ceremony, while itinerary cards have info on all the various wedding events you’re hosting (the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, farewell brunch, etc.). If you’re ordering itinerary cards, be sure to include dates, times and locations for each event. Transportation info and shuttle details are also helpful.

Not necessarily. If you have a pile of programs for people to grab from or a dedicated person handing them out, couples and families will probably take a single program to share. In these instances, plan to print one program per household plus some extras, just in case. Some couples prefer to leave programs on guests’ chairs prior to the ceremony. If you’re going this route, we advise printing a program for each guest.

While you can find many wedding program examples online, what you put in your wedding program ultimately depends on the details of your ceremony. We’ve rounded up the most common suggestions along with a few other ideas to consider.

Popular suggestions:

• Your names, the date and ceremony location
• A welcome message and/or thank you note to guests
• A rundown of the ceremony proceedings
• Helpful notes or anything you want guests to know, like if you’re having an unplugged ceremony or directions to the reception
  Other ideas:
• Names of ceremony participants and their roles
• Song lyrics
• An explanation or summary of any cultural traditions
• A quote or poem
• Fun facts (like how you met!)
• A tribute to a deceased loved one

Corn Stock is an alternative fibre paper made from a mix of recycled fibre, Elemental Chlorine Free pulp and agricultural waste (otherwise discarded in landfills). Corn Stock saves 15% of tree pulp used in manufacturing paper and replaces it with organic produce waste from corn. It reduces carbon emissions by 20% compared to traditional paper production methods.

Kraft paper is crafted from responsibly sourced materials, and is both recyclable and compostable.

The scalloped shape is available for both portrait and landscape orientations. The arched shape is available for portrait only. Standard and rounded corners are available for every orientation.

Note: The scalloped and arched options cannot be resized as the shapes are default settings.

The rounded, scalloped and arched options are die cut, which means they’re cut to their exact shape from manufacturing. You won’t need to do any further prep – they’ll arrive ready to be sent out to your loved ones.

Not at this time — if you upload your own design, you can’t add embossed foil accents. If you want foil accents, please select one of the foil enabled templates from our gallery.

Once you’ve selected a template, you can choose where you want your foil accents to go. Please note that we only offer foil printing on one side and certain areas of the product or invite. If you go beyond these areas, the accents you’ve selected will be printed in regular ink.

Not at this time. You can only choose one foil colour for each design.

We offer three different foil colours: gold, which is great for elegant designs, silver, which is perfect for creating contrast and rose gold which complements light colour schemes.
