Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the image sharpness. While our Design Studio has an option to sharpen, images with low resolution will not be sharpened, hence, a warning will be shown to you that it may come out blurry on the final print. For future orders, we recommend using higher quality images to ensure a better outcome. We value your business and look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.
