Find & track order

We ship your order, deliver on quality

All of our products are one of a kind - designed by you, printed by us, and this customising process takes longer than just packing a product pulled straight from the shelf. We also review your order multiple times, even contact you if we spot a design issue, to ensure we're happy and you're happy with the product you receive. This sometimes takes a little longer than the estimated production & delivery timeframes below.

Delivery costs

We currently offer standard shipping to Singapore, calculated from the day you place your order.^

Speed Delivery time Price
Standard 7-11 business days $9.99*
Fast Track 2-4 business days $29.99*

*Additional fees apply for Bulky orders

^Delivery times for orders made after 5pm SGT will be calculated from the next business day.

During checkout for every order, we'll show you an expected delivery time for each of your products - and we’ll let you know if some items need to be delivered in separate packages.

Bulky Product Delivery

Some of our products are more difficult and expensive for our couriers to ship to you. As a result, larger products and large quantities may incur an additional delivery fee of $19.99.

This bulky fee is charged in addition to our Standard delivery fee.

Don’t worry, it won’t be charged more than once if your order contains multiple large items.

We’ll always show you the delivery costs associated with your order at checkout and you can see a breakdown of products this applies to below.
