Lightweight yet durable, our banners feature crisp, fade-resistant printing on your choice of indoor or outdoor vinyl banner material. And with optional eyelets, reinforced hems and banner stands (that are compatible with our traditional sizes), you can easily design budget-friendly vinyl signs that are built for long-term use and on-the-go branding.
Sizes for every need – custom, too
Our custom vinyl signs come in a range of traditional sizes, but with our new custom size option, you can create a banner perfectly sized to fit your display space. Our size tool above will guide you through the available custom width and height range, but whatever size or material you choose, you’ll have the option of adding eyelets and reinforcements to your banner for a more secure display. If you plan on hanging your vinyl banner outside, eyelets are essential. Please note, our banner stand accessories are not compatible with custom sizes.

The biggest difference between these banners is the material used.
- Vinyl Banners: You can choose between indoor (440 gsm) or outdoor (510 gsm) vinyl, both of which are fade and water-resistant.
- Pull Up Banners: Our pull up banners include a vinyl banner that comes preassembled with a stand. A case is also included.
Our 440 gsm indoor vinyl banners are fade and water-resistant, which means your custom design will pop and have some serious staying power. They’re great for in-store displays, indoor events and trade shows.
Our 510 gsm outdoor vinyl banners are fade and weather-resistant, making them a great option for shopfront displays, farmer’s markets and other outdoor displays. They’re more rugged than our indoor vinyl banners, especially when paired with banner reinforcement and our 1.3 cm diameter plastic eyelets.
If you’ll be indoors without access to wall space, consider a pull-up banner: with its included stand, you can set up your banner without the need for walls, ropes or zip ties.
They won’t automatically come with your order, but you’ll get the option to add eyelets (plastic grommets) and a reinforced hem for added durability. Please note that you won't be able to remove these options once you start designing in our studio.
Plastic eyelets are placed along the top and bottom of our vinyl banners, about two feet apart. The number of eyelets varies by banner size and whether you want a reinforced hem. See the chart below for the eyelet counts for each size range. When designing your banner, you can also see the exact eyelet placement and count in the preview window. This’ll help you avoid any impact on your design.
However, please note that you cannot request changes to the number or placement of the eyelets.
Yes – this has been a popular request among VistaPrint customers and we’re pleased to now offer custom sizes. As you begin the ordering process, you’ll be asked for details about the size you want. You can still choose one of our traditional banner sizes, too.
Creases should smooth out over time, but if you need to speed up the process, just place your banner under a heavy flat object. It helps!
Yes, you can write on your vinyl banners.
No, but we do offer H Banner Stands for an additional fee, designed for vertical banners in select sizes: 52 x 91 cm, 76 x 122 cm, 76 x 183 cm and 76 x 244 cm. However, please note that these stands are not compatible with reinforced hems or eyelets (plastic grommets).
Alternatively, you can try our Pull Up Banners which come preassembled and ready to use.
