Envelope didn't turn out like the template. .

Honestly found the template to be v confusing with the dotted lines, idk if those were bleed lines or those were the actual envelope?? And my actual envelope came with a white line in the centre of the flap even tho I adjusted my design on the template to not have any line… so what's the template even for if it doesn't come out the way I adjusted it to be? And doesn't vista print have designers. . shouldn't they adjust it or ask me about it 😭 I even asked them to email me if there were any issues before printing as I printed 200 of these and now I have to give these defected ones to my customers :') really v disappointed with the quality/ service for the amount I paid. .
