Ease of use, fast delivery. I have been using Vistaprint for 10 years now for family postcards and am a very satisfied customer. When I had shipping issues in the past, customer service was so very helpful and responsive. I was really impressed. But somehow I find that the image this year is not as clear as previous years. A bit of a shame but won't stop me from using its service. Still a happy client altogether.
