2nd order of the exact same item, but quality differs

Did a 2nd print of flyers with the exact specifications. However the 2nd print came out a lot thinner/more faded than the original print. BUT. If you look at the quality by itself, without comparing, it is still really good. Just strange that same specifications, different outcomes.

I ordered business cards and a flyer. The QR code on the business cards is not sharp printed and therefor not to be used as it purpose. The flyer is within expectation

White line at the right hand side

There is a white line seem like not printed, which I did not see it at preview and my file should be at the correct dimensions.
Since we are in hurry to get to exhibition, we accept the goods but not satisfied.
