Why am I being charged an international transaction fee?
Last updated 16 June 2026.
Your payment is processed by our parent company in the Netherlands. As a result, some banks may apply an international transaction fee.

VistaPrint has offices and production plants in several countries. We process all customer payments through our primary legal entity, VistaPrint Netherlands B.V.

Even though you're using our local website and paying in your local currency, your bank recognises that the payment is being sent to a company based in the Netherlands. Because of this, your bank may add a fee to your total or charge for foreign transactions.

Because your bank or credit card issuer charges this fee, VistaPrint does not receive the money and cannot refund it. If you have questions about a specific charge on your statement, please contact your bank directly.
