If your website subscription was cancelled or inactive before September 2023, it cannot be restored. This is because our previous website builder has been retired and replaced by Vista x Wix.
You can check if your subscription was affected by this change in your Websites and Digital dashboard. If your previous service is no longer available, you'll find a message stating that the product has been retired and no further payments are due.
If you had a domain name from your previous website, you can connect it to your new Vista x Wix site after choosing a subscription plan.
