I really appreciate the entire process from start to finish. The designing template was easy to use even for a non-tech person, and the delivery was on time and product of good quality.

I have uploaded my design the same way and correctly as previewed and it came upside down. I was rather disappointed. I would really like it if it can be replaced. It is not exactly the cheapest option but now I cannot use it at all.
