Each sign consists of two aluminium layers with a solid plastic core in the middle. We print your design onto the top layer of aluminium. Depending on your preference, the top layer will be covered with a white coating or will have a brushed finish of aluminium.
On our largest sizes, 1200 x 900 mm and 900 x 600 mm, a total of 6 holes will be drilled – a hole in each corner, plus 2 in the middle. For other sizes, a total of 4 holes will be drilled – 1 in each corner.
Before we package your aluminium sign, we add a plastic layer for extra protection during the delivery process. The layer has a green tint to it – upon arrival, you can go ahead and remove the plastic.
We recommend wiping the front of your sign with a microfibre or lint-free cloth to remove dust. If you need to remove a stain from the sign’s surface, streak-free glass cleaner is a mild and effective option.
