mixed feelings

The print quality of the photos is generally good, and colors were well rendered. However, I was disappointed to find that one full-page photo did not extend to the edge as expected, leaving a noticeable white margin on the right side. More concerning was the packaging: the book arrived with damaged corners due to insufficient protection during shipping. These issues took away from what should have been a premium product. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this service unless improvements are made in both the printing layout and packaging quality.

Poor picture quality

I would like to lodge a complaint about the strikingly worsened picture quality of your photo album. This is the fifth album that I have ordered from Vistaprint over the years, but none of the earlier ones had such poor resolution. It looks as though every photo in the album, other than the front and back cover, is slightly out of focus. It is not just the larger photos too. The small ones were equally blur. Whether they were scenic shots taken with a full-frame camera, or regular ones taken with an iPhone, the picture quality has been degraded across the board. It is very disappointing and unacceptable.

Really disappointing quality. The spine is flimsy, the cover was marked, the pages are dull, thin and warped. First time using Vista and would not do so again. THe price is high and quality is low.
