Yes, our cork-based mugs are microwave-safe however, you’ll need to remove the cork base and plastic lid before placing your mug in the dishwasher or microwave. We recommend hand washing the plastic lid to avoid damaging the seal.

When uploading a design to your ceramic mug, you can use our design software to remove the white background. This way, the white mug shows the design without the need for a colour match.

We don’t offer this option at the moment.

You can upload up to 3 images on each side of your cork-based ceramic mug.

Currently, you can proceed with the wraparound printing option. With wraparound printing, it lets you add a single design or text that wraps around the entire mug and makes it look elegant and aesthetic.

We do not currently offer the option to print images on the bottom of the ceramic mug with a cork base.

Yes, you can easily customise the mug with your choice of name or image.

You can clean the cork base by wiping it with a damp cloth. We recommend using a small amount of liquid detergent if needed. Once you have cleaned your cork base, let it air dry completely before storing. Make sure to avoid soaking your cork base or placing it in the dishwasher.

Yes, you can easily remove the plastic lid.

Each mug comes with 1 lid.

Currently, we do not offer the option to purchase lids or cork bases individually. Each mug comes with 1 lid and 1 cork base.

Yes. You can create a matching mug design for your team or family members, and then personalise each one with individual details. Here’s how:

In our studio, select the Names button on the leftmost side.

Then, select the details you want to include, like their name, role or unique element. For the best results, please keep these three things in mind:

  • Make sure to position the Name field where you want the names to appear on the final design.
  • Please note that the default font colour is white. If your mug is white or if you prefer another font colour, make sure to change the colour in this step.
  • Once you complete your design and click “Next”, you’ll get a prompt to add your group’s details.
  • Just complete the form, and we’ll automatically apply the inputs to each design. This will let you create mugs that have a matching look, yet are still personalised for each of your team members.
