Love the range of templates available because we don't have an in-house design team. Ordering was simple and delivery was quick. The postcard turned out just as we wanted.

Got the 350gsm "Standard" matte postcard with no finish. I like the feel and the thickness though I could've gone for 400gsm for something even sturdier. The unfortunate things would be that despite being a postcard, you won't be able to write on the back if you chose the normal matte papers. You'll have to pay extra for the uncoated papers (an additional fee for the premium paper option then another extra fee for the uncoated papers) which is crazy and a little deceptive to mark it under "postcards" -- and considering that there's only a few uncoated papers (only 3-4 kinds). Who would buy a post card that you can't write on?? If you labelled it as a "print" I could understand. I've only tested with ballpoint pen, fountain pen ink and gel ink and they all smudge with a long dry down time (left handed writers be warned!), especially the gel ink (this one took at least 5 minutes to fully dry down). Colours could've come out better (even my own printer gave better colours, I just needed better paper) -- would advise against getting the matte if you have darker and more varied colours. It'll look too dark, washed out (grey) and there's not enough contrast to bring the details out. I definitely could've gone for the Glossy version for the ones with more details and are darker but you try and you learn I guess. I wanted to give it 2 stars initially but the delivery gave it an extra star. They worked with DHL for my delivery and not only did the items get delivered an extra day earlier (could've been 2 days early if it wasn't for a public holiday in my country), there was a constant flow of updates like giving me a timeline of when the deliveryman's supposed to arrive and even a tracker of where they are. Overall, I wouldn't repurchase this product - the colours weren't nice enough, you can't write on the postcard unless you are willing to top up extra money for the uncoated versions.

The print is good quality, and the delivery is fast and straightforward!
