It’s frustrating when a promo code doesn’t work as expected. Most issues are easy to fix. Start with the checks below.
Check for typos
Re-enter the promo code exactly as shown. Copy and paste it when possible to avoid mistakes.
Remove extra spaces
Promo codes can’t include spaces. Make sure there are no spaces before, after or within the code.
Check similar characters
Promo codes contain a mix of letters and numbers. Some characters look alike, such as the letter O and the number 0.
Verify the expiration date
Promo codes expire at 11:59 PM on the listed end date. If the code is no longer valid, you’ll see a message during checkout. You'll find the expiration date in the promotional email, on the Deals page or in the shopping basket after the code is applied.
Use one code per order
Only one promo code applies per order. If you apply a valid code and try to add another, an error appears. We will retain the first valid code you entered.
Review the terms and conditions
Some promo codes require a minimum purchase or apply only to certain products. Check the terms to confirm your order qualifies.
