Steps to delete your account

Go to My Account
Sign in to your VistaPrint account and open My Account from the top navigation.

Open Account Settings
In Account Settings, select Security.

Start the deletion process
Select Delete Account, then choose Start process.

Select a reason
Choose a reason for deleting your account from the available options.

Confirm the deletion
Select Delete account to confirm. You’ll receive a confirmation message, and we’ll email you once we've received your request.
Deleting your account is permanent and can take up to 30 days. Before deleting, make sure you've cancelled any active orders or subscriptions.
What happens to your data
Some information may be retained to meet legal requirements, such as transaction or shipping records. We may also keep anonymised data that doesn’t identify you. We’ll keep a record of your deletion request.
