How do I unsubscribe from or opt-out of e-mail communications?

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails in your account settings. Changes may take up to 10 days to take effect.

Steps to update your email preferences

Sign in to your account and go to My Account, then select Account Settings.

Go to Marketing preferences

Under Preferences, select Marketing preferences to find your email options.

Turn off marketing emails

Choose ‘No, thanks’ to stop receiving marketing communications.

Save your changes

Select Save to update your preferences.

You'll still receive order-related emails, regardless of your marketing preferences.
